Pressed the button to no response, others customers had pressed the buzzer after me and received service first. I ended up using... the app to order, which was much quicker. The server eventually brought my food and I noticed before I left that I was missingmy large mozzarella stick combo, which I ordered and paid for. I went back into the same lane, pushed the buzzer 3 times in aspan of about 20 minutes while 3-4 other cars were helped and given their food. I left the stall and went to the drive through,no one answered, pulled up to the door and called the store, no one answered the phone. It was not until I left the locationabout 30 minutes after receiving my food the first time that my phone call was answered. The girl on the phone said that I couldget my order fixed tomorrow as I had already left, not soon after, she hung up on me. To say that I am dissatisfied is anunderstatement. Read more
$15 dollars for two large limeade slushies at one o'clock in the afternoon is robbery and associates that work here trying to... force upsells. Cookout in Wilson NC is a much better establishment with much quicker service. Read more
If I could give them no stars I would. Awful service. Ice cold chicken and cold burger. No straws for drinks, no utensils with... order, and no napkins when order was brought to the vehicle. When asked for them to be brought no employee came back. Tea wasold and sour. I wont go back and am reporting them to the local health department. Get your act together or close your doors. Read more
I had a great experience a few weeks ago and came back today for lunch. I'm so disgusted. I pulled a hair out of my... cheeseburger ???? and a few minutes later an entirely different colored hair from my fries. I wear hijab so it definitely wasn'tmine! Feel sick at this point! Read more
They can't even make strawberry limeaid correctly. They gave me one that was slimy & it had foam and bubbles on top. I went back... & they basically gave me carbonated water. So I just threw it out the window and left. Don't even want the money back. They seemto not care about anything. The food is already disgusting. & I was still going for the drinks. Very slow and terrible service. Young girl who brought out food and forgot straws. My wife tried to get her attention and she... walked past. Her coworker told her we needed her and she shook her head no and went back inside. Her coworker apologized and gotus straws. Young girl should be fired and doesn?t need a job in customer service. Absolutely ridiculous. This topped with the 20minute wait for 2 burgers and two floats is just unacceptable, I understand short staffing but the attitude and disrespectfulactions of the worker is a reason we won?t be returning. Honestly it's been years since I stopped at a sonic. I forgot how awesome their menu is. And unlike most fast food places lately... their large milkshakes are actually LARGE! I definitely will be visiting more often. Read more
