Very dirty and unkept. Stood at cash register with my family and was never even acknowledged. Should note.. We we?re the only... ones in line. This Starbucks was on point with our entire order including several drinks and sandwiches. It?s a great place to stop at and... order our coffees on our way to and from Florida when we stay in Wilson, NC. The staff was friendly and our order was quickusing the drive-thru. I have been going here for almost 2 months now and every morning they have barely no line so that's really great for me. They... are very sweet and try their best to make sure you are happy with your order. But ever since I have been coming here there hasbeen a lot of impressive improvement with the staff and management they all greet you with a smile and i have never had anyproblems with them or the customer service they provide. First time I've ever been to a Starbucks with NO line! At first glance, I thought it wasn't opened. However, this is a brand... new location so folks may not realize it's open yet. Very friendly young lady working the drive thru. Location is just off theexit ramp, so very easy exit/on if you're in a hurry. Read more
