The meat distribution per sub has been reduced. The employees that work during "lunch hours" need to be retrained on how to use... the cash register with subway app. I've been there multiple times, they are unable to scan my app so I can receive or use mypoints. I am not going to that store as frequently as I used to be because of it. Read more
Don't waste you're time. They won't get your order right and the staff is incredibly rude. I have visited a total of 3 times in... the last year and a half and have had horrendous experiences each time. They will not get a 4th chance from me. I don't know why I even gave this location another chance: I have never had a good experience here. Just got home at 8:33pm....... arrived at Subway on Airport Blvd at 8:13pm and there was nothing but sauces on the line. I asked if they were even open and gotan attitude and glare eyes the entire duration of my visit for (1) footlong veggie sub. A boy came from the back with a cart ofcontainers that held all the food. It took about 5 minutes to create a veggie sandwich. And When I tell you this man put theabsolute bare minimum amount of veggies on my sub... I should have just walked out of there. Got two subs 6pm today. They have no bell peppers, no tomatoes, no napkins. Beard was completely stale. Great deal for... vegetarians Covid-19 subway deal not honored. Buy 2 get 1 free. Never going there. Brentwood best Subway around. Read more
Went in hungry but not knowing what I wanted to order. Was just stuck staring at the menu when James jumped in and helped me... make a FANTASTIC decision. He made me a Cheese Steak just like he eats them and it was AMAZING!!!! James was so friendly andhelpful. I would probably still be standing there not knowing what to order. Worst subway in Wilson NC. First time ever coming here and last time too. No hello no how can I help you. Even told me i... couldn't get the sub of the day as a 12" so i asked for two 6". The Sandwich maker didn't wanna be there. Both my subs were morebread then anything else. Only got one napkin. Like I'll rather pay Jersey mikes $17 per sub then $9 for this low quality andquantity sub. Read more
