Absolutely awful. I order from this location often or rather I did. I placed an online order in which I used a coupon from a... mailer only to be called five minutes before it was ready to be told that they did not offer Subway Melts at this location. Ireplied that was okay and just to fix the sandwich cold because I?d already been charged for it. I was then told that the pricewas wrong and they couldn?t complete the order, even though it was accepted through the app. All franchise?s are supposed tohonor the app; if an item is not available at a location it?s supposed to be indicated in the app. But, now I have to wait 24-48hours for my money to go back on my card. Do not order online from this location and expect them to honor anything that thecorporation sends out. It seems they set their own prices. I was told when I called back to speak with a manager on duty thatthey were engaged in more important things and wouldn?t be available until Monday to speak with me. So be aware that thislocation may not offer what you order online and that your coupons don?t mean anything at this location. This location 1301 Subway has the best subs, I always take my family and when my friends and co-workers come from out of town... family Union catering and very beautiful wonderful place to go always think of Subway everyday breakfast lunch and dinner attimes very convenient fresh and good eating of a great sandwiches and subs that they make any solids are delicious too by theway so go to Subway get a very good sandwich and salad and leave happy and healthy God bless!!! This subway is great? but when you get a sandwich that has chicken they seem to skimp a bit these days! I always get double meat... especially when I get chicken and they normally give way more! Not anymore? still a great subway but now less meat if it?s themeat they scoop out for you. Read more
