This place is not the best tasting at all their food is super bland I can?t win from losing one soul food place out here is... salty and Sylvia?s needs some seasoning I figured something might not be all that cause most of the people I seen going therewas seniors the potato salad tasted like boiled potatoes mayo and eggs that?s it that?s all I ordered the turkey wings one bbqone plain they were greasy and bland bland bland the bbq sauce was watery and didn?t taste like much of anything if they didn?tuse paprika id think they just boiled smh won?t be back Read more
Chitlins were soooo good and cooked with love. Seasoned and cooked to perfection! 10/10. This spot is clean and takeout only.... All employees were very nice and I will return in the future! Read more
Looked forward to the great food we had been told about. Went with family for lunch. Says "dine in" but there are no tables.... Take out only. Very disappointed in being misled. Needs to change what shows on-line (including picture of tables and booths).Maybe we'll get back there when we have time to get it to go. Read more

I went here yesterday with my elderly client I take care of and this place is delicious! She loves soul food and country cooking... and has now turned me onto it as well. I will definitely make it a once per week stop. It?s on my way home and will be perfectfor those days I don?t want to cook. Homemade, great portions, reasonably priced . Had the smothered porkchops over rice, with sweet potato pudding and cabbage. It was all awesome! All the staff and everyone... who walked in for lunch were all very friendly, which is important to me. Plenty of food, with quick service and free refills. Great little place! Read more
