Everyone is so nice except the guy cooking! The girl taking calls and orders in front is so nice and speaks spanish, we ordered... her something else and when she told the guy he ignored the order and had a conversation with the other worker. We told her itwas fine that we didn?t want it because he was rude, she told us that he is always so mean to them for no reason. When we werewalking out he asked her what we wanted and she just said nevermind. Honestly if you don?t want to work don?t go. He should notbe there and treating the coworkers that way. I've been to over 51 Waffle Houses many times. Never had a serious complaint. But this 1 takes the cake ! On 2 consecutive Sat... nights at ~2300 I went to WH @Forest Hills Rd,+ Tarboro St. Both times all booths were closed off and the chairs were piled intop of bar stools. The 1st time Upon entering NO one said hello nor offered service even though there were no other customers. Ithought they were closed, so I drove ~18 miles out of my way 2go2 I-95 WH. The 2nd time all seating was blocked off, but theydid say hello. Said they were only doing take out. So, I left as did 3 others behind me.. Me & my husband are truck drivers and love coming to waffle house in any state we go to when we can and if their is truck... parking near by. The food most of the time can be good and the service but their has been some that gets away with bad serviceand cooks that dont care about quality taste of the food they cook, but otherwise will come back with no problem and hope we canfind the ones that gives that service that any place should want to give to their customers for them to want to come back towaffle house...
