Ordered 2 Double Stars. Very good burgers and 2 med drinks in drive thru. Haven't had Carl Jr in years. Was very good. Juicy.
Lobby is closed, with a small sign on the door that you can't see until you get close. Had to go through the drive-thru, service... was pretty lack luster and the chicken tenders were warm, not hot, which explained why they served them to me faster than Ithought was normal. Terribly staff, extremely rude and don't seem to know how to do their job properly. Been here several times and would never get... my order right. When I confront them about it they start laughing and saying "well you should have ordered it correctly" whenthey have CLEARLY repeated my order correctly. Today, Sunday July 31 around 2:15PM the rudest cashier who attended me wasClaudia [a somewhat big lady] and her little friend Emily [tattoos on her right arm] both refusing to give me my order correctlyand after finally giving me my order, as we leave we could hear them laughing at us. Ordered #11 chicken sandwich. Got a chicken strip instead of a whole chicken patty, half the sandwich is just bread. Saving... money on their end No receipt offered or given so this is here and not on tell Carl whatever website. 11:45pm today 5/24 #11,sml dr.p, 6 pc popper instead of fries. 2 days later, same order and time. Got a grilled chicken sandwich instead of the 11 Iordered(breaded swiss) and 6 chicken nuggets instead of poppers ordered. No receipt offered or given again. Read more

I haven?t been to Carl?s Jr. in some time. I saw a commercial this morning and happened to drive by one and decided to stop. ... This is a joke. Previously frozen tomatoes, pre cooked patties, brown lettuce, burnt onions. The only part that was great wasthe Ice & coke. I Would have waited for fresh!! Read more
