Disappointing. The rice was cold and in clumps, which I didn't know until I got home with my bowl. They were also out of the... fajita veggies (which IMO is what makes Chipotle good), and said they just didn't have any. It used to be that fajita veggieswere a regular item there, but, although they didn't have any ready today, they also weren't making any. The rest of theingredients seemed really salty. I USED to love chipotle. I get there?s challenges but they are always out of the food I want or closed at odd times?. Today I ... ordered online cause I learned that?s the only way I can get fajita veggies ?guess what no fajita veggies on my food. Not coolto not say anything or just leave it off. I wouldn?t have bought it had I known?lots of gristle on my steak. Bought 2x meat soit was a very unsatisfying $15x2. My lady bought almost the same thing. Had the same experience. Time to find something new Iguess Extension: Placed feedback through their website. Never heard anything?guess I?m not surprised. I don?t want free food.Just what I ordered. Placed another order today to see if it was more stable no veggies again(doesn?t say that online so youthink your getting them) which you don?t know til you get home and look in the package?.plus just cause it?s funny. They alsodidn?t have plastic forks. Which a large part of their business is bowls and salads ????????????. There is a Safeway in theparking lot ?.could have bought a few to make sure their guests have what they need?? I get it covid?shortages. So on so forth.It?s been over 2 years time to figure it out?. Ordered ahead as thats the thing to do nowadays to ensure they have products "available" to their consumers. Arrived a few... minutes early expecting the order to be completed or being worked on. Well they never even got around to starting my order and isat there waiting for 15 more minutes before they even started on my order as well as another guests order. ???? Ya'll can dobetter. Ordered from this location last night. I?m always hesitant because they always seem to forget one thing, no matter what.... However, last night they had my name and order on the outside of the bag but had 3 different peoples order in my bag. This wasnot DoorDashes fault, as they just grabbed the bag that had my name on it. There was not a single item in that bag that was evenremotely close to what we ordered and still had 3 different peoples names on it. When we went down there to get the issue fixed,only one employee, Conner, worked to fix our order (2 burritos, 2 sides, chips and guac.) nobody helped him, even though therewere 5 other employees just standing around (the lobby had 2 people in there and no line). The gal behind the register did askif we wanted free drinks. However, Conner stood out to us and served us with a smile. Conner, if you need a new, higher payingjob, apply at the Odd Moes in Canby, the job is yours if you?re interested! Read more

Convenient location in downtown Wilsonville. We tried the new Pollo Asado which was so so. The staffing and service and... cleanliness were excellent. I got my free birthday chips and guacamole through the app. The parking lot is a bit crowded andnarrow. Read more

Ordered catering for 20+ guest at a birthday party and the order was canceled 5 minutes before DELIVERY!!! I had even called the... day prior to confirm logistics. Turns out the store closed early on that Saturday (this happens regularly). Nobody cared enoughto call or has offered an apology. It?s been two weeks and still waiting on a refund as well. 20+ year customer and I will NEVEReat at Chipotle again. I?ve had enough. Read more

Went during the lunch rush, and they weren't prepared for it. Tables were all dirty, long line that was moving slowly, a chef... that was short circuiting and gave me carnitas when I asked for steak... Then tried to charge me for steak. This is on top ofseeing an intensely dirty grill being actively used to attempt to fill their keep warm bins for the line. Which were beingfilled instead of replaced (can cause food poisoning of left long enough). Definitely not going back to this location. Theonly reason they get a second star is that everyone has a bad day, and the food hasn't killed me yet. Read more

The food was good but seemed a bit salty. The other thing I?ve noticed about Chipotle in general is that their stores always... seem to have dirty tables and overflowing garbage bins. They did come and clean while we were there at the end of our meal, andthe staff was courteous and friendly. Read more
