Very poor service and rude employees, my last 3 orders with them had issues, mostly due to employees lack of attention and poor... customer service. This black/brown lady was on her phone the whole time and messed up my order, I received cheesy bread withbacon when i specifically told her 2-3 times to please make sure it doesn?t have bacon because I had the same issue last time. The manager was so unprofessional refused to give me a refund or a replacement because I used the 5.99 coupon he tried to give... me more lava cakes that look the same. Very poor customer service. A few days ago, I tried making a "Future Order" for my son's birthday party of 10 pizzas + extras.... The website said that this location doesn't allow Future Orders. So I call them to try and set it up so if I ordered firstthing today, they would know to have it ready by 2pm (instead of me guessing when they would have it ready and order x hoursbeforehand). The phone line is an infinite loop of advertising. No one picks up. At this point I saw the lower star reviews,but was just hoping for a good experience. Google says they're open at 10:30am. I drive over to ask about the order and throwthem a fat pre-emptive tip. I try to open the door, but it's locked. 3 employees inside working. 10:51am. I notice a piece ofpaper taped up that says they open at 11am. I knocked and said "I need to ask you question about a big order later today." 2employees walked to the back. The last employee is building pizza boxes. He doesn't look up, just stops, puts up one pointerfinger on each hand to make 1 & 1, or 11. Then he walks to the back without looking. His body language was definitely meant tobe condescending and patronizing. When I was in school, I worked at 2 different pizza joints and this place is making it veryhard to make an order. Don't waste your money. This is the 3rd time I've gotten food that looks and tastes like it's been stepped on. Dried up and flat... bread that my 3 year old could've cooked better. I even went in to pick this up ...what a waste of $ and time. Not much effortput in at this location. Read more
Exactly what you would expect out of Domino's. I called in my order and they hung up before asking my name. So of course when I... got there they did have my pizza ready, but had to look for it because there was no name attached. The pizza was actually prettydecent. The sauce is not the greatest, but the crust was good, the cheese was really good, and the pepperoni was decent. Read more
