Yesterday November 10th arrive and placed my family?s order in the drivethru at 10:16am. Busy morning I completely understand... the long line. After a placed my order and went to the window to pay they had my wait in parking number 2 cause they werewaiting on a round egg to complete my order. After 20 minutes waiting in the parking area. I sent my 18 year old son in to seeif they forgot about us and if it wasn?t ready we needed a refund due to an appt. So he waited inside for help of any kind forten minutes. I just texted my son to come back to the car cause i was done and left without food or refund. So, story is, if youwant a round egg it will take more than 45 minutes to make. So, make it easier on the staff and don?t bother ordering abreakfast sandwich with a round egg. Yes, I understand everyone is understaff and overworked. Managers need to due better bytraining and supporting their team members. I wasted my hard earn money on food I never received and wasted 45 minutes of mytime. Read more
I ordered through the mobile app and chose drive thru pickup since lobby closed at 2. They told me to park in spot 2 drive thru.... Ok, no problem. My problem with these idiots working in there, is that they gave my order to mobile order curbside spot number2. Waited 15 minutes before they came out with no food and asked if I had blah blah blah, which was not my order at all. Theyshould at least give me back some of my money for their mistake. One star on atmosphere because this store has chosen to still not open their inside area since 2020. Totally ridiculous and... taking advantage of the old COVID protocol. I don't even need to explain the food because I'm just going to post the pictures.We live in town so the last three times we've been here, our orders have been wrong and the food is just disgusting... I meanhow hard is it to put a decent amount of lettuce on a chicken sandwich and not get mayonnaise all over everywhere so that yourcustomer can actually eat the sandwich without mayonnaise being all over their hands and face. They just literally don't care...Six pieces of wilted lettuce is what they put on my chicken sandwich... I'm totally done with this place and not going backagain. Read more
Whoever works the first window in the morning needs to be fired. Horrible attitude, bad hygiene, and she tries to double charge... you for mobile orders that have already been paid for. I've had to reverse charges on my credit card twice because of this. Nomore. Orders are wrong every other time I've gone here, things are either forgotten or your order will be given to someone elseentirely, with the manager straight up lying about it. Worst drive through service, consistently, that I have ever experienced. 20-minute waits are not uncommon. Fries are often cold... if you have to wait for the burger. New employees almost every time I go. This place must be badly managed. Go somewhere else ifyou can. Read more
you know I just wanted to get a little something to eat no biggie didn't eat breakfast this morning and Mcdonalds was right... there. I'm genuinely applaud at what they call a (crispy chicken sandwich) LOOK AT IT FOLKS... CAN YOU TELL ME WHAT'S MISSING ONTHIS SANDWICH? only thing half way decent was the chicken itself, how can you even call that a sandwich in the first place? Idon't enjoy eating fast food only when I have no other options. And as I stated in a previous review being without a home perday I don't recommend a steady intake of fast foods. that being said as well I don't recommend the chicken sandwich as you canvery well see it's not appealing.
