The manager of this place is fantastic. You can really tell he cares alot about this store and his impact on the customers. He... made a simple mistake with my pizza order, and he took ownership over his small mistake, and made me feel valued and heard. Open to dine-in service now Great thin crust pizza place Good parking and price Fast service and polite staff Many varieties of... pizza and salads. But bomb is to DIY and make your own decisions as to crust, sauce, and toppings. The thin crust pie bubbles upnicely, crispy crust and tasted good. The red sauce was good and so many toppings to choose from the possibilities areendless and fun to try. I'm a traditional combination type of guy but today added blue cheese crumbles so delicious. April 30th 2022 I visited the Wilsonville MOD Pizza, two girls were working behind the counter tonight and I got to tell you... their customer service skills were impeccable I wish I had gotten their names for that I am sorry. I am so glad me and my bestfriend went in there and had our first experience in mod Pizza together and it was so pleasant I give it a five-star I recommendit 100%. I posted several photos like I said before I've never been in this particular strain of stores before and it was sopleasant the moment I walked in the atmosphere was wonderful the store was super clean which is really important to me to seethat employees take pride in their work also like I said before the girls that were working behind the counter we're so friendlyand upbeat and wonderful, and pleasant to see smiles and both the girls were so willing to help and we're just great and Iappreciate that I will be going back and like I said before I recommend it 100% Read more
This is a great place to get away for a quick bite to eat. They will let you add as many toppings to your pizza as you want. The... staff is friendly and very helpful. I would suggest trying their version of the ding dong. While you are at it be sure to trysome of the blackberry lemonade. It is my favorite. Oh and they have the good ice. Mod Pizza is great for everyone! The salads are great, and the build your own Pizza option is fantastic! I think it's a bit over... priced, but for the flavor was completely acceptable! The staff were ok, but it was so loud when we came in, the pizza expertmaking my hawaiian, didn't hear me say NO BLUE CHEESE please! And when I got my pizza, it was ruined because mayo and bluecheese are high ???? No Thank You! rankings for me!! Overall, I give Mod a ???? star ranking, I would have given 5 stars, if notfor the long line of people waiting to order, and the error in making my pizza! I'm shocked again that another OR restaurant has 100s of 5 star ratings and is so sub par. Are the expectations that low around... here. Plus the restaurants don't even respond to bad reviews. They must have a captive audience of customers and really don'tcare. Had to to call in our order. Automated phone recording and online can only order as shown on menu. So I had to hit zeroto get a human. Probably told the guy 3x No Cheese on chopped salad. Arrives loaded with mozzarella and he didn't note it onthe ticket. Dressing named as "zesty" sickening sweet not Italian. The mini pizzas were paper thin. Looked like a kid threw ittogether.Honestly so did their website photos. Only good part was the order was delivered by door dash and arrived fast in 35min. Too bad it was another disappointing meal????????? Read more
