Interesting place. I only wanted a light meal so I only ordered the lamb gyro. Sauce was on point and it was served quickly. ... I enjoyed a hot gyro on the way back to the hotel. I left the empty container in my rental car and I was able to smell thatgyro for 2 days. Seasonings were perfect and the meat was tender with lots of flavor. Git the Chicken platter and chicken and rice are good...but one of the produce in the salad was really rancid. Not sure how that... got missed. And the dolmas were decent, but served cold...I mean that is something a cafeteria or store would do, should havebeen warmed. I agree with the other 1 star reviewer. I lived in Tarpon Springs, the Greek food capital of FL, for years. Everything was fresh... right off the grill. I have no idea what time these pieces of chicken were grilled about six pieces we're supposed to be twokabobs but they were cold and had no taste. I asked for a piece of spanakopita and got what look like a wonton with a teaspoonof spinach with vinegar. It was disgusting and hard as a rock.Their information about everything being fresh is BS. We had been to its Beaverton location many times, even before this location was opened. The food has been consistently great,... and we just can't get enough of it. Both, the lamb and spicy chicken gryos have been our go-to items. Oh, the Hummus is amust, and always make sure to get an extra order of bread to go with it. Read more
