Went through the drive-through today. Very rude window person. Got our food and tater tots were not cooked. Burgers were cold... mushy mushy and God knows where they got the lettuce and the tomato it was disgusting. Ordered onion rings for some reason theytasted like they were sweet again disgusting ordered the deep fried pickles absolutely disgusting don?t they ever change theirgrease? I had to put one star to write a review but honestly would?ve given them zero stars poor service terrible food.DISGUSTED!! $40 later. DO NOT EAT HERE!! Read more

No parking at the stalls and and a drive thru speaker that barely works lead to orders being wrong here often. Always....ALWAYS... check your orders before pulling away. They are wrong often. Read more

The staff are friendly. They get the stars. The restaurant; however, the Wilsonville location is so run down, garbage over... flowing, busted drive thru menu board/speaker. The place needs a good wash and some upkeep. Read more

We go to this Sonic every day. Which might be why I'm giving it 3 stars, because it all averages out to--well--average. PROS:... Luis, Jack Jack, Zach, Blue, and a few others who have a great work ethic. These people have kept the place afloat, and it makesit fun to interact with them day to day. CONS: Oh my word the wait times. If you see more than a couple cars in line, and youdon't have a great podcast to listen to, go somewhere else. Read more

This is a normal stop home from the valley to the Coast for us. However this time we waited forever for our food. The drive thru... served so many cars before us. Maybe next time we drive thru then sit in a spot? Not shaming the workers at all, I know they areshort staffed...but it would have been nice to know the state of our order while we waited. Read more

My experience at this sonic is horrendous. 2 weeks previous to this I was ordering my food at the intercom when a lady said you... can order whenever you are ready I said one second please about 45 seconds later she yelled into the mic ?you can order now!?Once confronted she denied everything. Went through there drive through which was very full day at the menu board where youorder for about 10 minutes enough time for everyone in-front of us to pay get there food and leave which was about 4-5 cars.Eventually as everyone in-front of us left we drove to the window and told the lady no one was at the intercom and we have beenwaiting for a while and no one was answering she gave a short half a** apology. After we ordered from the window we got are foodand drinks. I ordered a lemonade which had 2 long strands of dark brown hair. Absolutely disgusting will never come here again. Read more

I have a non standard food allergy to Peppers and Chilies. I visited this location today and Luis T the on duty manager went the... extra mile to make sure my food was safe. It's rare to see this level of customer service at a fast food place. He confirmed heunderstood my concerns and actually checked the ingredients on each item of my order. Unfortunately I couldn't have anythingfried due to cross contamination, but the burger was ok. Thank you Luis! Read more
