Service has been dropping. We ended up leaving after ordering online, paying, and then being told we still had to pay. They... didn't actually cancel the order, so still got charged and have to dispute. I'm generally pretty forgiving of these things, butthis was the last straw and we won't be going back. Read more

Ordered spicy ranch on both of my chalupas and was charged .65 cents for each one but did not get spicy ranch on either of them... . But was on a short lunch break so couldn't go thru drive thru again just had to deal. That's $1.30 extra just for nothing!! Read more

Worst Taco Bell Location. The food was so cold, and my burrito was basically rock solid when I bit into it. All of the workers... look like they don't want to be there, and their attitude speaks the same. Sad : ( Read more

They knowingly had the incorrect price on the drive through menu for $1 Cheesy Roll Up but tried to charge $1.59. When I asked... them to fix the price they acknowledged the error but refused to correct the price. The same price was on the web site. Read more

Most of the time they are super slow as in 15-30 min line at the drive thru. One time recently my tacos were mush where they put... the meat it sat so long. Today I saw the person in the back throw down my bag of food. This is a result!! And my usual order wasa dollar more. I'm done with this location. Even their boxes cost more than other locations. Wilsonville Taco Bell sucks! Theseare two separate tacos. Read more

Shame on me for giving this particular location another chance. I think most can agree that the expectations of the average... consumer are fairly low when it comes to Taco Bell in general, however this location is unbelievable in many ways. In 4 visits ispend just shy of 2 hours in total, in the drive through. Understandable to have a long wait on Friday or Saturday night, but ona random Tuesday, 30 minutes is a bit much, even assuming you get what you ordered, which you likely will NOT. All 4 of the lastexperiences here ended with incorrect orders despite the confirmation of the order screen and the receipt. I will say, if youdon't mind waiting 30 minutes for substandard food (that doesn't match your order) the staff has always been polite andprofessional as long as you don't mind the staff handling animals while they are handling your food. Yes, the picture is ascreen shot from a video i took of an employee passing a dog through the window to a person in the car in front of me. Read more

It's the new normal. Order at a self-serve kiosk. Wait 10 minutes for an order that it takes less than two to assemble. Try to... stay positive. I know they're working hard and I know they need more staff. Taco Bell, it's probably time to stop advertisingyour products. Read more

Fast and friendly. Taco Bell is consistently good wherever you find them. my kids LOVE it! This location has friendly and fast... service and food is consistently good. My kids always get crunchy taco supremes or chalupas. Try their mild sauce. They are openlate which is surprisingly for Wilsonville. Is not expensive in my opinion but like every where else the cost of food hasincreased everywhere you go. Give them a try, they are open if you want to eat inside too. Read more
