This place is great! I have been here several times. Once when my order was messed up Ali reached out to me and I took a chance... to respond to her and she made it right. Sometimes my order still comes out less than stellar but on the whole they do it right99% of the time and bc of their customer service I go back. It may be my fault for going back, but sometimes when I?m heading from tualatin to aurora there is no other convenient spot to... stop. I don?t really understand what always goes so wrong here?.the girls are very nice but they have never one time gotten myorder correct. Last time I was just getting a chocolate milk for my daughter and when I got to the window they said well weweren?t able to make it her because you didn?t tell us whether you wanted it hot or cold?anywhere I go if you order a chocolatemilk it comes cold?..yesterday?I ordered a kids HOT chocolate and received a cold milk?I said this is supposed to be a hotchocolate and they said it is. I asked if they had sugar free peppermint and white chocolate and they said yes. I ordered a SFgrande peppermint white chocolate mocha and she asked if I wanted the grande 16 or 20 OZ?then said she needed to make sure ifthey had the flavors. She then said okay sugar free peppermint latte?I said no a sugar free peppermint white chocolate mocha?.(which is one of their featured holiday drinks ) and she was like ?okay a peppermint mocha?I said nope a peppermint whitechocolate?. I got it and it tasted like an iced mocha with four pumps of regular chocolate in it, and it was very dark?I couldtell by the color it was wrong. There was no peppermint and nothing was sugar free. I was meeting my son?s dad so I didn?t havetime for them to remake it but I don?t understand what always gets crossed up when the orders are being taken?and think maybethey need to be writing it down or something. I know better than to get anything hot because it tastes like they make their hotdrinks with drip coffee instead of pulled espresso. I'm very picky when it comes to my coffee. I had an appointment near by and I had 25 mins before that appointment. So I decided... to give The Human Bean a try. I asked them how was the drip coffee strong , medium or light. Wasen't totally sure I would likeit. The very nice young ladies offered me a sample and said if I didn't like it they would make me some thing eles. I took asip and it tasted ok but just a bit to dark and strong for my liking. So after chatting with the employees and finding out thatthe chocolate in the mocha is vegan I decided on a 12oz oat milk mocha. The employees were all very pleasant and helpful. didn?t know what to order & asked the barista (didn?t catch her name ????) to just freestyle some iced coffee for me, & it was... amazing! she was very kind, despite my awkward order, & managed to make me exactly what i wanted. great service 10/10 Read more
Visited this Human Bean today, it was my first experience with this company ever! The barista working was so nice and... personable. She offered me whip cream, and at the end a chocolate bean! The coffee and the bean was delicious! Will be returning:) Read more
This location doesn?t make the same recipes as the others. It?s the only location that I?ve been to, consistently where the... coffee tastes like a 7 Eleven. I don?t know if they?re using a different quality of product, ratios are off- training issue, orif they are not pulling full shots of espresso, but it is watery, and cheap tasting. Such a bummer because I keep giving it ashot since Human Bean has always been a favorite of mine! Hopefully they can take a look at quality control overall. long time user at my local hb in Vancouver but stop here when visiting kin. today we ordered 3 lattes and mine was not marked... with almond milk. I asked and a person I could not see apparently said it was. They lied! My allergic reaction was prettyintense but luckily I have good medical coverage.
