Very disappointed with their service. I didn’t enjoy the SEAFOOD RISOTTO, the menu says mussel, clams shrimp and calamari but... when served there is no shrimp? It did not specify that the shrimp is chopped into tiny pieces and incorporated to therisotto!!! The manager Dave is very unprofessional. Very unacceptable attitude. In the middle of this entire pandemic it has really been difficult to stay positive and upbeat. But Bianco Rosso Wine Bar &... Restaurant really did an amazing job is transforming our work day back into a Friday Date Night again. Despite the seatingbeing in the middle of the parking lot the ambiance was great. The service was attentive and consistent from start to finish.Our waitress guided as through our entire meal and was able to give us recommendations when asked. She also assisted us onhelping us make up our mind on cocktails. The food came out quickly and had great flavor. We really couldn't decide whichcourse we liked best because it was all great! Saw a good deal on Ubereats for this place so I thought I would try it out. The order was delivered in a timely manner and... everything was still hot when it arrived. I ordered their namesake pizza, the Bianco, which is a thin crust pizza with grilledchicken, ricotta, and tomatoes. The ingredients tasted fresh and the pizza was relatively light. The pizza was not greasy at allwhich is a very welcome change of pace compared to most other restaurants. As I count calories I put in the ingredients andweighed it: the whole pie came to about 800 calories which wasn't bad at all. I had a good experience and I would likely orderfrom them again! This location is very close to home in our town and has a very troubled history with various establishments in and out, even... though this is Trumbull Center. When Bianco Rosso came in we were skeptical, as all of the former restaurants were nothingspecial. Well, this time it is VERY different. The updates decor is nice, while it is still a bit of a smaller place. The drinkswere perfect, and we have particular demands. The apps were awesome and they split our salad when we just mentioned we weresharing that, which is a nice touch. The entrees were fantastic (beef short rib and the lamb shank), and the pistachio-chocolatedesert was one of the best I ever had. This time the place should stick, despite a notoriously problematic landlord. We had apleasant chat with the new proprietor and wished him very well. We were VERY impressed! Read more
A little quiet when we arrived so service was a bit scattered and there was no ice for a cocktail. After the initial hiccup it... was smooth sailing. Food was excellent albeit a bit pricey and the service got better. Spacious restaurant with a big barand a few TV's. Very nice place. Will be back if I am in the area again. Read more
