I haven?t been here in a while because the chicken is always dry, went today for lunch at around 1150a.m ordered half chicken,... double Mac and cheese, they where out of corn and mixed vegetables. Got to my job location and ate some of the oldest lookingchicken I ever seen. Couldn?t finish it then felt sick to my stomach. It?s now 9 at night, felt off all day (no dinner) justfinished puking up what chicken I ate for lunch ????????????????. Stay away!!!! Read more
If I could give zero stars I would. I wasted my time going to this location for them to not honor a coupon I received from... T-Mobile Tuesdays $5 meal credit. The coupon was redeemed in-store while I was there which gives you 15 minutes to order. It'san active coupon that shows the time counting down. The coupon says it expires 9/27. The cashier insisted it was expired on9/25. Then said because it was expired she would only give me $3 off. No! That's not what the coupon says. It says $5. It'sunbelievable that she wouldn't just honor the $5. What's so hard about doing the right thing? To cheat me out of $2?? I justwalked out with no food because it's not worth it. I was hungry and not in the mood to argue. I will not being visiting thisplace ever again. On principal alone, just give the customer the $5 off. If your system is messed up and saying it's expiredthat's not my fault and I shouldn't be penalized for that. I showed the proof and it wasn't expired. Ridiculous! They just losta customer over $2. Stopped at Boston market in Wilton ct may 7 th about 7 pm I tried to order a prime rib dinner and was told they don't have it... anymore and I asked Why it was still on the website and a picture of this Meal on their menu right in front of me I was told themgr needs to take it down so I then tried to order chicken and Was told it was an hour out how could you not have any cookedchicken? Hadn't been to a Boston Market in a long time, and I doubt I'll go to one again any time in the near future, based on my lunch... here. Firstly, it looks like a dive inside. Mid-90s chic with yellowing ceiling tiles. Obviously hasn't been updated inyears. Ordered went to pay. Pulled out a $20 and told they weren't accepting cash. Credit card only. No sign up on the counteror door just "oh by the way". Credit card machine had no chip reader. Super sketchy. Went to sit down, every table is full ofold food splattered around. Had to go to about 10 before I could find a clean one. Go over to get a Diet Coke from the selfserve fountain. Diet coke is out of order. Open my chicken carver sandwich and there's hardly any chicken in it. It's allbread. The only bright spots were the employees were friendly and the brownie was decent. I went to enjoy some chicken, but at the time the chicken was ready. So I enjoyed a turkey dinner with stuffing and vegetables!
