I?ve been to this place few times and the meat quantity changes each times. I had a regular sub with 6 thin slices of meat for... +$10. I get a much better quality sub with plenty of meat at a local deli for $8. Not going to Jersey Mike?s anymore! Read more
absolute worst sandwich place of my life. the people were very unenthusiastic and when I orderd my sub and opened it, all I saw... was soggy pieces of bread, ground meat, and dripping sauce. took one bite and had to throw it away. please add less ofeverything and it would be better Read more
Purchased a fountain drink with a meal that turned out to be just carbonated water. When I tried to replace/return the fountain... drink for a can or bottle because they couldn?t fix the fountain drink was told they couldn?t refund or replace my drink becauseno manager was there. Was forced to PAY for a can of soda as a replacement to drink with my meal. I can?t believe I?m writing areview over soda, but what a terrible customer experience. I suggested multiple ways to handle but the employee was adamantthere was just nothing they could do. Please enable your employees to fix what should have been a very minor and easy to fixscenario! At around 7:50 P.M, I ordered a sub online and started driving to pick it up. Halfway through, I had somewhere else to be, so I... called and said I would be late; I wasn?t even sure if I?d be there before closing time, so I told them they could leave itoutside if I didn?t make it. It was 9:50 before I pulled into the parking lot, and I didn?t see a sandwich bag anywhere. Iwasn?t disappointed?I knew I was taking a chance by not coming before closing time. Then, the window of the car next to merolls down; it?s an employee, holding up my sandwich, soon proceeding to ask if it?s my order. His name was Bestnik, and hewaited FIFTY minutes after closing time, TWO HOURS after my order was called in just to give me the order. When I asked him whyhe stayed so long, he said ?I just didn?t want anyone to take it.? I?ve always loved Jersey Mikes for their sandwiches, but Ihave never seen service like this before. Bestnik made my night, and reminded me that there are good people in this world, whowill go the extra mile even when they are not told to do so. If that doesn?t deserve a promotion or bonus or a tip (he said hecouldn?t take tips, not sure if company policy or if it?s the fact he?s just an extraordinarily good person), then I don?t knowwhat does. Quick and efficient service. Bread is fresh and the meats tasty as always. But a big big negative is still not opening the... dining area. Seriously who has not opened theirs? So even though it's out of my way, I'll be going to Stamford as my go to JMuntil this changes. Sorry guys I hate being negative but this is a business killer in my book. Edit: Thanks the response. Jersey Mike's is always a much better choice than any other chain location. I appreciate the meat and cheese being sliced onto... my sandwich rather than precut, and possibly old, meat. Thos location has always been timely and friendly whenever I've stopped,and I'd highly recommend anyone who hasn't tried JM's to give it a shot. You won't be disappointed. Read more
Love the subs here. Bread is always fresh and the cold cuts are tasty. Service is quick and easy too.
