A coworker suggested Outback to me when I was looking for a place to go with friends who were coming in for the weekend. She... told me if we do go be sure to get "Cory" as the waiter. As luck would have it, we were able to get him for our dinner waiter. There is more to a great dining experience than just the food and this young man brought it all to the table. Quick,knowledgeable , experienced and funny, he made the evening wonderful! We did have one issue with one of our meals but before myfriend finished her sentence, he had her plate and assured her he would fix it - and he did. The meal was wonderful, and theservice impeccable - which judging from the number of people this young man was caring for at once - I was amazed. I understandfinding help these days is hard, but Outback has found a diamond in this young man. He did the work of 4 people, with ease,professionalism and mot important - a smile. Good food can be found, good service is becoming extinct. This rare young man isa wonderful representative for Outback - he deserves a raise!!! Read more
My family and I enjoyed a dinner tonight at Outback. It was a blissful experience, thanks to the efforts of our waiter Phillip.... Phillip was friendly and attentive. He was quick to brings us refills and process our check. Conversation was great and Philliphad the table rolling in laughter with his funny remarks. He is the greatest waiter at Outback without a doubt. But he may alsobe the greatest waiter in the world. Do yourself a favor and go to Outback Steakhouse in Norwalk and ask for Phillip. Went for my aunt's birthday and our server was very nice and attentive. I got the blueberry lavender lemonade cocktail and it... was really good, the closer you got to the bottom, the stronger it tasted; very refreshing. Not pictured is my aunt's wallabydarned cocktail which basically tasted like an orange slushee and was delicious! The coconut shrimp was great, perfectly goldenand crispy. And the sauce that goes with them is tangy, I liked it a lot. We all got a strawberry salad which had: romainelettuce, arugula, strawberries, cinnamon pecans, goat cheese crumbles, and a raspberry vinaigrette. It was a bright, summerycombination with a well balanced contrast between sweet and salty. I got the prime rib sandwich and enjoyed the accompanyingFrench onion au jus and horseradish sauce. The best Outback Steakhouse in a little quaint town. This was your first time returning to Outback since the pandemic hit. The... menu has changed some including the dessert menu - everything was delicious. Our server Corey was great and really took care ofus. Best outback steak house I?ve been to! I was traveling through, & I?ve been to plenty of outback steak houses & this is by far... the best one yet! Was in the neighborhood and decided to stop by for some dinner. Our server, Ben, was fantastic!! Not only did he give us great... recommendations on food and drinks we might like, but he was SO funny and friendly. He truly made our night. The three cheesesteak dip was to die for!!!!
