This by far is the worst Dunkin that I have to sometimes visit. Service is absolutely terrible...there is ZERO SENSE OF URGENCY... at this location. If you are in a hurry..stay away. Let?s start with I?ve only ever had good experiences with the hard working guys and one female who is hardly there! All the... other females always seem as if their always on their period or just does not like their job. The black girl with the braidsthat serves coffee and cash is extremely rude, argues under breath, absolutely no customer service skills and have the nastiestdemeanor. Who raised you? The black Haitian girl which is the cook is extremely slow, doesn?t know how to communicate and takesperiod of time to wash her hand stares directly in your face and takes five minutes to dry her hand with a napkin which shouldonly take about 10 seconds. The Haitian shift manager female is always eating out the inventory. Leaves for periods of time(30plus minutes) to grab stuff from Publix for the store and when asked for something specific sighs and acts as if she doesn?twant to provide the customer with what they ask for. As a shift manager it?s your job to show the other staff what customerservice is. Dunkin? Donuts clearly need to reiterate what customer service is and provide proper training to their employees.How could I forget to mention that my coffee always tastes like water when the any of the females make it but one. American runs on Duncan donuts it was good I ate some donuts nice and moist they tasted super good like the rest of donuts that... WANT TO GIVE NO STARS Place is dump, never good service, I stopped going there years ago cus of bad service and filth, went... there yesterday reluctantly to pick up a coffee at the request of a friend, nothing changed, walked out cus the guy mopping was tp busy to help us. to his credit, he did yell for help bet regrettably the request was answered with "I'm on my break,you have to do it" not going to return EVER! Every time I place an order at this location, something is always wrong. A few weeks ago I ordered a Bacon, Egg and Cheese wrap.... When I arrived at home to eat, they put one wrap inside the other and I was unable to separate it due to the melted cheese. Thismorning, I ordered a Large Hot Latte, it's printed on the sticker, and I received a Large iced Latte. This shows the lack ofcare the employees have at this store which is completely unacceptable. Have been to this location many times. Pumpkin flavored iced coffee was tasty. Donut was not moist, hopefully better next time.
I cannot express how disappointed I am. I ordered two ham and cheese melts on sourdough. Was told that there was no Swiss cheese... which I told told them was completely fine. I get home and see it?s an over cooked piece of bread with ?cheese? Looks likemustard on the sandwich. The bread is literally a hockey puck. Will absolutely not be returning back. I thought about going backand have it remade but I fear I?m going to be laughed at just based on this joke of a sandwich. On top of that they forgot toprovide the donut that I paid for as well. I go to Dunkin Donuts everyday this time I had to go to a different location than usual this is the worst ! nobody came out to... help people standing at the counter for at least 5 minutes no Dunkin Donuts stuff was visible to anyone after a man in lineyelling hello then a rude lady casually and slowly walked up with this look on her face like she had no care that we were allstanding there never apologized just rude I will be sure 2 skip this Dunkin Donuts on my way passing through this area with nohesitation dislocation needs more staff and and we asked for friendly ones at least or ones that care about their position morethan likely they need to be there more than Dunkin Donuts needs them to be there Read more
