Brewster's Pizza makes GREAT pizza. The view was also outstanding, and we had a great lunch here before starting our birthday... adventures. The service was great, and they gave great suggestions. The only reason I am deducting one star was because ofvalue. The value and quality of the pizza was wonderful, but my wife tried the romaine wraps "Low Carb Lettuce Wrap" on themenu... and the value just wasn't there. Don't get me wrong: what was served was delicious, but the portion was incrediblysmall, compared to the value, taste, and quality of the pizza. Pizzas were HUGE! BUT I ordered 3 large pizzas and it was $80!!! WHAT!! 80 FREAKING DOLLARS!!! I open them, they?re HUGE! I... think well ok, maybe they are really good! NOPE! they were so dry, little to no sauce or cheese, even on my CHEESE pizza! Thecrust is flavorless and tasted like a non salted stale thick cracker!! This place is a pretty awesome looking place though andthe hill country is breath taking. If we ever return when we are that way, it will NOT be for pizza!! Read more
My wife raved about this place based on her visit sometime 7 to 10 years ago, so we made the trek out for dinner last Friday.... I honestly have had better frozen pizza from the grocery store and the beer was nothing to get excited about. Probably bestto skip this place. Read more
Here is a wonderful establishment in an unexpected locale. Not only ate the gourmet pizzas outstanding, but the also have a... high-quality gluten-free crusty option that doesn't break the bank and that actually tastes good! The fact that this place isalso 100% family owned and operated is a real bonus. I would love to eat here in again if we pass through again. Read more
Very friendly service, good beer. But all 3 visits, pizza was undercooked, raw dough in the center. Outer crust wasn?t even... crispy or brown as you?d expect. I don?t understand how that can be overlooked. Leave it in a few more minutes and it will beperfect! Read more
