Our family just had the best dinner at Creek House! The atmosphere alone will keep me coming back but the cocktails and food... were incredible! The attention to detail is shown through the decor and food from the tile at the bar to the salted rim of themargarita. Highly recommend! Read more
The ambiance was great! We ordered the crispy brussel sprouts that were soggy. We also ordered the nachos - they were tasty but... got soggy and cold so quickly, so we didn\'t eat much of them. The wine and beer were delicious! We would certainly come backand try something different. Read more
Just don\'t if your wanting a burger. Maybe there are better offerings on the menu that people love, but don\'t get the burgers.... Frozen hockey pucks cooked to death ??. A Mcdouble is cooked better and has more flavor than the $14 Creek House burger. If I ampaying that for a burger it should be thick an juicy. Our grandson had the kids meal burger. Same thing but one patty instead oftwo and not dressed with arugula for $10. Both came with what would be called a small fry..they were actually good\nSeems moreof a weekend night spot for drinks. And if you look at my other reviews I tend to skip bad ones.\nMaybe a one off, but notwilling to try again. On the bright side you get real silverware and wonderful cloth napkins to spit out the too hard to eatparts.. no I didn\'t complain, paid my bill and left 20% tip.. good luck Read more
Food was good and service were great! My only beef is with management of this place. They were unfriendly as we came in and got... seated. And soon as 9pm passed, owner/manager started turning off lights on us and another table. Was definitely poor taste totreat your customers like that who haven\'t even paid or left a tip yet! Well once we leave the management had a big smile onhis face and was real nice once we were leaving. Would I come back here? Yes, IS the food and proximity to cypress creek worthbeing here? We were drawn to CreekHouse because of its proximity to Cypress Creek that runs along side. We were seated immediately; although... it took quite a while to be initially greeted by our server.\n\nThe chicken sandwich was a bit dry for our tastes but the nachoswere on target! I also could have picked a better????, but I was willing to try something that contained olive juice, so Idon\'t fault the restaurant for that.\n\nI would love to comment on the bananas foster but we were informed 5 minutes or soAFTER ordering it, that they were out!\n\nTo be honest, the proximity to the creek and the lovely little town of Wimberly, willprobably bring us back for one more try.
