HANDS DOWN the best BBQ we\'ve had besides our family\'s home cooked BBQ. That pork belly....OMG so...GOOD. It\'s hard to find... the words to describe how good this was, y\'all lol. My little family came to wimberly on our way back home to Houston, and wewill be stopping by here every time we come by. Actually want to find an excuse to go back next weekend lol. Go eat here, youwon\'t regret it! So much more practical than a big restaurant, and the prices and portion sizes are very reasonable. Read more
Whenever I come here, I get the brisket tacos from Kelly (which are GREAT) and swap out the tortilla that Kelly uses for the... taco truck next door\'s homemade tortillas. TRUST ME the combo its amazing!!!! Read more
We catered Kelly\'s BBQ for a local BBQ picnic for 75 on July 9th --- and absolutely everyone raved about the amazing BBQ and... sides! I heard \"that\'s the best brisket I\'ve ever eaten\" from many people --- and the sausage, potato salad and beans werea big hit, too! I cannot recommend these guys enough --- outstanding! After a trip to Wimberley Blue Hole, we decided to stop by Kelly’s bbq food truck without knowing what to expect. We were... greeted by Kelly himself, the owner and pitmaster. We ordered the brisket and a couple brisket tacos as well as a few sides. Thebriskest was out of this world. The tacos are some of the best I have ever had. Each side was unique and original; the coleslawpacked apples and pecans and it was delicious. The Mac and cheese was devoured by my kids. Kelly’s food truck is a hidden gemin Wimberley and one of my favorite bbq joint in central Texas. Read more
OMG!!! The best bbq ever!! My wife had the brisket tacos and they were spectacular! I had the bbq brisket burger…so moist,... tender, and flavorful. The Mac and cheese, and Apple Pecan cole slaw were incredibly delicious sides. I cannot recommend thisplace enough!!! Read more
