I went for Tacos Tuesday. I ordered 2 beef 1 chicken hard shell taco. I'd give them a 6.2 out of ten. No flavor hardly any... cheese and it looked like the layed them flat then put the toppings on top. We visited the 4th of July because it was one of the few non fast food chain joints open and we wanted decent food. Well turns... out we should have just went to Taco Bell instead because whoever was on shift yesterday evening seriously needs some retrainingor needs to find a new line of work. First off when I pay $60 for food I expect to get pretty good Mexican food, the food wasaverage at best. Secondly the employees do not know they?re menu because I was charged extra for a drink that was supposed tocome with the meal, when I told them about it they said, ?well you can talk to the manager tomorrow?. I told them the menu onthe board says it comes with a drink and they said well it doesn?t show up in our computer that way, needless to say theybasically argued with me but eventually refunded that money. Third after waiting for at least 10-15 minutes we were given ourfood, we pulled ahead and started to pass out the food, by the time we got out to Margarita we realized that my monster burritowas missing, we had to turn around and drive back, after we got my monster burrito and left again we realized that an entirekids meal of taquitos rice and beans was also missing from my meal, at this point I was so irritated I didn?t bother going back.Needless to say save your money and go to Del Taco or Taco Bell the food is just as good and a hell of a lot cheaper. Not bad at all. Fish tacos had a lot of breading, I asked for extra sauce and still not a lot on it. A bit too much cabbage but... overall, tasty. Definitely recommend the habanero salsa. Taco Tuesday was nice. The Aztec taco was incredibly authentic tastingand very, very good. Read more
I don't like giving bad reviews, but I paid $13 for 3 chicken tacos and this is what they looked like inside. I was just too... tired to turn around and ask for my money back. If you're reading this. I've neverr had a bad experience here which is why im saddened to say I've noticed the quality and quantity has gone down hill... alot these past months. I ordered 2 bean n cheese burritos extra cheese and extra beans because usually its all tortilla andsuper tough to eat, this time i got a bean and rice burrito with no cheese? The rice was cold and hard in big giant clumps alldried up, it was like chewing a caramel candy ,if it was fresh chewable rice i wouldn't have been as upset. I also ordered akids size carne asada fry with extra cheese got barely any cheese and the fries were cold an stale.. I paid 51 dollars forcold,old and wrong food I now have to find something else to eat.... El burro and others will be getting my buisness from nowon I even tried calling the store to see if this could be fixed but no one answered it just keeps ringing each time. *edit*after calling again i finally got ahold og someone and they're replacing the order so hopefully round 2 is the lucky winner Read more
Would you pay $12 for this burrito? Carne asada burrito was exceptionally small, contained mostly pico de gallo and the meat it... did have was riddled with fat and gristle. Additionally, the pico de gallo was old; the tomatoes were pale, mushy, and thetomato skin was separating. Altogether terrible food quality at a comparatively high price. Wish I had read the reviews beforevisiting. Won't be back. Read more
