My family of four visit this location on a regular. We love coming through for our children's sports events and other family... parties. Every time we have visited we have been treated with so much kindness and respect. In fact they know us by name! Whichbrings us coming back. My daughter loves subway and we hardly ever get it, so she was excited we were going to pick it up after her late activity. It... was supposed to be open until 9pm, we got there at 8:25pm, and they had already locked the door. They then put up a paper signafter we tried the door that said they closed at 8:30pm. I get wanting to be done as quickly as possible, but then they need tochange their business hours. If we had known they were going to close early, we would have stopped at another subway. On Saturday June 22, 2019 I was running an arron for my shop which the shop is in the same building has this Subway. I went into... the shop to buy $ 40 worth of $ 5 bills for my shop because the bank was still closed and Los Primos was too busy to check theirsafe. When I went in to Subway there were two transactions ahead of me and when there was an opening for the next order to order( which was me). I asked the girl would it be possible to buy $ 40 worth of $ 5 bills (simple request). The girl looked at meand then proceeds to tell me that the owner is not in today and since the owner spontaneously comes in that she couldnt give upthe chance due to them being tight on money and said it very rudely. Later that day I made a complaint with Subway headquartersabout what had happened. Sunday night I get an email from the girl come to find out she was the manager. Her name is Maria andher email looked like she cut and pasted two emails put into one email ( the email contradicted it self completely). She alsotold me in the email that its not her responsibility to break larger bills for personal use for anyone when asked. I am notreally concerned about the money refusal part of my experience, what ticked me off was the rudeness that came from a manager whoadmitted that she was rude and it was directed at a customer. I will not be stepping foot into that Subway until Maria themanager gets tranfered to another shop or is no longer an employee for Subway. Read more
I've been a Subway patron for years. Recently, due to dietary restrictions, I had to opt for a Turkey salad during my last... visit. The staff were very sweet and accommodating. The salad was wonderful. Tha is to Subway for some great food and service. Read more
