I've been eating Big Macs since the 1970s. Today's Big Mac teasted less than ok & looked bad. It had way too much lettuce & very... little sauce. Cheese was hanging halfway outside the bun. Three pickle slices were piled up on the edge. One employee waswalking around eating from a container of FF. The restaurant was clean inside & out. One soap dispenser in the men's room didwork & the water was ice cold. Read more

I just went thru the drive thru to grab a late night dinner. It was 10pm on Tuesday. First off the crew was sad and mean. ... From the mono tone order taker that may of been crying to the rude lady that tossed the change at me at the first window to thelady that slammed the window on me when I asked for sweet and sour. I was very struck by the crews attitudes. Then the burgerwas a sloppy mess. More ketchup was on the outside of the wrapper then on my burger. The fries were so salty that I couldn'teven eat them and I didn't even get my nuggets that I paid for or the sweet and sour I asked for twice. They skipped numbers on carry out orders, favoritism for sure. I was next in line an was told that they're waiting on fries, umm... you gave fries to the other 3 behind me in line. Read more
Absolutely terrible. Waited half hour for an iced coffee. Ordered large and paid for large and they gave me a small full of ice... and literally was gone in 3 drinks. Pretty sure this is fraud even though no one sees it like that. This happens any time Iorder there. I am done going. Just a mistake? but how many mistakes are made a day? Might not seem like a big deal to them, butit is when you are having a bad day and money is already tight for people. Will stick to small businesses, places that actuallycare and tries not to short people nor their time. And to top this off, every time I have got vanilla iced coffee or frappe fromhere in the past month I have got sick, possibly food poisoning. Probably no one cleaning or tainted ingredients. I love hobby lobby they have alot of stuff to do. My husband and I care for my mother and Aunt. My mother has dementia, word... finds, crossword puzzles etc. help keep her mind sharp. Read more
Incompetent. I've stopped going here after giving them several tries. They frequently give the wrong size items (fries and... drinks), and after ordering a deluxe chicken I got a regular one. They don't listen when you tell them your order, and you haveto repeat several times. Read more
Stopped here on our way to a concert in Versailles & it has to be one of the worst McDonald's I've eaten at. Small fries were... cold & only half full (X2). Ordered chicken nuggets with BBQ, of course they forgot the BBQ sauce (I normally check but this isactually the 1st time it's been forgotten in a long time. Only thing that was decent was the sweet tea. Get your staff in check! Read more
