The food and service were both great! Tonight I had a sub, fries and a salad. Every time I walk in to Roots the staff is great... and quick to get your order. The restaurant and bar are always clean and a great atmosphere to eat or hang out with yourfriends. If you are in the area I highly recommend stopping in and trying any of the food choices. Went today for lunch thinking it was going to take a while to be seated due to all the cars there, but surprisingly we were sat... immediately. Service was quick and food was great. So many house made bbq sauces. Mac and cheese with brisket was on point. Willdef be back as several pizzas are calling my name. Read more

First time stopping by. Definitely won't be my last. Roots absolutely floored me with how amazing everything was. We were seated... very promptly. The wait staff was friendly and very attentive. Didnt have to wait very long for our orders to be taken anddrinks to return to the table. We ordered the Margherita bread to start off with. Not too cheesy, perfect amount of bread andthe flavor was outstanding. For our main entree we ordered a pizza. It was half Candy Apple BBQ and half Happy Hawaiian. I'veconsumed several pizzas in my life and this one by far was one of the best. The flavor, the fresh toppings and the perfectlycooked crust just made this pizza one of out very favorite pizzas. The atmosphere is very nice and decor is well put together.The restaurant and restrooms are very clean. I highly recommend this place if you are around the Winchester area. I would evensuggest making a drive from wherever you are to enjoy this great place. Read more
