Taco bell has great food. The crew members are friendly. Wait times can be a little long during busy times.
Trash, simply garbage. I?ve tried to give this place multiple chances, but they just can?t seem to perform the simple task of... making a burrito? or honestly anything? The meats usually cold or burnt, stale shells, low portions with a long wait time?Please, just save yourself some time and money and just don?t go to the Tacosmell. Came to order breakfast, big surprise, they stated they had been hit by a ?huge rush? and didn?t have anything until the lunch... food got done at 11 am. The only thing consistent about this store is that they?re consistently unprepared and disappointing. Read more
No one called out that my order was ready at the counter. After 13 minutes of waiting, I walked upto discover an unattended... togo bag with my items in it. Food was unfortunately lukewarm. Obviously I was disappointed in this lack of customer serviceand and customer experience. Read more

Absolutely the worst restaurant in Winchester. Ordered over $30 in food to get to the window and find out they replaced my... entire order with steak or chicken instead of ground beef.when questioned they said they ran out of ground beef. There's no meat on these soft shell taco Supremes. It seems to be a ongoing thing with this taco bell. They are scared to give... any meat, even when you order and pay for extra meat, you barely get any.....6 months later, I tried again, oh my goodness,whoever was working today really knew how to make a soft shell taco Supreme. Okay where does one begin with the Winchester, Indiana Taco Bell. 1. do not go there if you are hungry after 6 p.m. If you... do they are likely out of everything you want. For instance, went in there at 7 p.m. had a hankering for the nacho fries. Soorder the box that has the fries in it. They are out of fries. Okay I got this. There is so much other good food on the menu. So order chicken Chalupas and a Nacho Bell Grande. Sounds easy right. Nope they are also out of chicken and ground beef. Atthat point I am done trying to make this taco bell work. I am sorry guys if I ran a resturant the way this one is ran thetownfolk would show up with pitchforks and torches and demand my head. Maybe it is time to count your losses and close thislocation? I mean there are already two other locations to get Mexican style food and they are way better.
