Went to get breakfast to take home this morning, got there around 11:15, and I understood that they were busy so I didn?t mind... waiting a few minutes. About 15 minutes passed and I finally got my bag of food, when I looked to see if everything was right,my bacon egg & cheese biscuit was literally thrown everywhere, wasn?t even wrapped up. Same with another one of my sandwiches.So I told the manager, again calmly, and he said he would fix it. Another 15 minutes pass & Katie , the one who was bagging allof the food, asked why I was still waiting. I told her what had happened & she got extremely rude with me and then got the samemanager he told me he thought that they would have bagged it for me, I waited over 40 minutes for my food & got nothing from theemployee but rude stares, and attitude. I had the worst experience ever with McDonald?s in Georgetown Kentucky 40324 at 177 Southgate Drive and it actually surprise me... because I know the manager who runs that store and I have never had a problem but then again I usually go in the afternoon ormorning. But the guy who was running the drive through tonight at 8:55pm by the name of ?Tommy? and he probably gave me thewrong name because he didn?t have a name badge on either and to be honest he was not dressed like he was working either with hisshirt hanging out of his pants and no hat or anything. It?s nights like this I wished I was a shopper because they would havegotten a failed grade. Needless to say I had to say my order 3 times while he decided to good off and play with other employeesin the back by the drive threw and once I pulled to the window to pay for my order I had to repeat it 3 more times and all Ipurchased was 2 orders of fries not hard right and pretty simple. My order comes to $4.24 and I gave him a $50.00 still while heis entertaining the other co-works he hands me back 30.76 he never once counted my change back to me or anything once I?mholding my hands in front of him counting my change I immediately tell him that the change is not correct. He then proceeded totell me that he wasn?t sure if he gave me the correct change and I can pull up. I asked immediately to speak with the managerwhich who never came to the window and the worker told me again to pull on up. I pulled up and another worker told me that themanager pulled his drawer and she?s counting the money to look for the miss-happ and someone will be with me. Well after waitingover 30 mins I walked into the store and the same person who took my order Tommy wanted to know if he could help me absolutelynot needless to say the manager never came to the front to speak with me and gave him the correct change to give to me. Never seem to wait too long they are always friendly and my order is always right
The works are very rude and inconsiderate of my daughter and husband ans I, some workers has threaten to posin my families food... and has treat us very disrespectful.... I will NEVER ever recommend Mcdondals for anyone. Read more
