So when Jonathan is there the food is cooked to Papa-perfection but the other times my food is not prepared how I ask or they... miscount my wings. I don't understand... Hour late. Cold. All toppings thrown in the center, not distributed at all. Three slices didn't even have cheese on them. And... that's just tonight with delivery. I don't write a bad review for one bad experience. We used to get three Papa John's pizzas aweek. Then we moved to Winchester. We've ordered three times from this PJ. Different times of day, different days of the week,pick up and delivery. Bad product, bad service every time. I wish I could add pictures. Read more
They missed the only topping (pepperoni) on our pizza. When we called to get it sorted we were told that the style of pizza we... ordered doesn't have pepperoni. Staff member hung up on us twice while we tried to get this sorted out. Tried to file acomplaint online but never received a follow up from a manager or owner. We did get our money back for the order, as the rudeemployee cancelled the entire order, nullifying the order number as well. Found at least 12 hairs in the pizza. None of the staff was wearing hats or hair nets which was a red flag to begin. Will not be... coming back. On the good side they gave me a full refund. Read more
Figured to give them a try for my sons birthday party even though 2 years ago it was horrible and my experience has not changed.... Picked up when it was ready and was not even hot. Probably sitting for ever under the heat lamps for ever. Just go to littleCesar's out of the 100 visits past few years never had an issue just same stuff gets old. Read more
