Super easy takeout experience. Ordered online, food was ready at the stated time. It only took 20 minutes from order to pickup,... even tho the parking lot was packed when we got there. Quiet comfortable atmosphere, good food, terrible service. In 10 minutes we got 3 of our 5 drinks. After 40 minutes I sought... someone out to ask why we still did not have all our drinks, our appetizer, or any napkins or silverware. We canceled ourappetizer when the first of our meals arrived, but they brought it anyway with the second entree (which was wrong) arrivedseveral minutes later. Eventually we all got food, but never any drink refills, or anything else we asked for. Sorry to say service has been off for some time now. When they first opened they practically ran to take your order and get the... food on the table. Tonight we waited for everything?chips, drinks, and food. The sad part was there was very few people in therestaurant. Very disappointed. Read more
