Tried to order a specific item through the drive-thru and was told that it was online order through the app. That is dumb. If... they can make it for people ordering through the app then they should be able to make it for everyone. I wonder if dine incustomers are forced to order something they don't want as well. Found what looks to be a piece of bone or tooth in a taco. Also, my chicken wrap had a hair in it that most definitely was not... mine?.I also waited a good 30 mins in the drive thru for that garbage. Tried calling the store?no answer. Read more
I went through this taco bell after waiting an incredibly long time, and when I requested an item on their main menu they told... me it was only available ordering online or through doordash. The fact that they have an item available to make should mean youcan order it through the store. I decided rather than ordering something I did not want, I would just not order anything,continue to wait in line until I could leave, and go get something else. The employees inside could be heard laughing over theintercom over the predicament. This is not the only subpar experience I've had at this taco bell. It was just remodeled, but itstill has the same old problems. I've received entirely incorrect orders here, even ordering online, which is why I no longerorder through the online means. I love taco bell. And usually don't have issues with this one, but they have been out if Baja blast quite a bit for me and... that's disappointing. Not sure if it's a shortage problem or not ordering enough. And 50% chance on getting some really goodcinnamon twist lol. Read more

24 min wait to get served cold food. If I wanted cold food I would have went next door to Walmart and bought sandwhich meat and... bread.. Btw where's the meat? This was suppose to be extra meat?? New and are having some growing pains. My carry out order was sent to the wrong restaurant and we couldn't get this one to... answer the phone to correct. So I ended up paying twice. I did go back and had a very long wait for my order which ended upwrong and short one item. The servings are way smaller compared to other TB's. Usually one of my favorite fast food joints. Read more
