Super helpful staff. App wasn't working well for some reason. Maybe my computer? Anyhow, my order came out as two cheese... pizzas when they were supposed to be pepperoni. I asked if I could get some pepperonibl to just throw on top of the cookedpizzas. Instead, they made two new pizzas for me even though the order clearly read cheese. Read more
If I could give Zero I would. I ordered online, and asked for extra sauce, then the pop-up comes up and asks if I want to... "cheese it up". I say No. I get my pizza for $12. Tip them $5. My pizza has very little sauce and extra cheese. Awfulexperience. Read more
I've tried a few pizzas and they are just ok. But the honey BBQ wings, caesar salad and lava cakes are great! My daughter loves... their pasta as well. Delivery was prompt, pizza arrived just warm but nothing an oven at home can't fix. Overall decent. Read more
It is overall ok. We don't usually do takeout much but Domino's is a special treat for the kids every month or so. Did not have... a great experience with pickup once... the woman gave me a lot of attitude when she couldn't understand my name and said youhave to give your name to get the right order. This time they got the order wrong and also were very skimpy with the toppings.I was a bit shocked. And they missed a topping as well. I called and let them no. Oguz said ok and kept the phone down. Worst Customer Service! I will never order here again. I ordered online for delivery. Obviously you put your address so the... driver can use their GPS and come to your home! But no not here apparently they go by their own addresses or imagination. Thedriver kept going to the beginning of my street in circles looking for my address! ( based on the tracker) I called the store tosee if they could reach the driver! Ellie stated they could not reach him and didn't offer any help and hung up on me! Myhusband had to go out in the cold down the street looking for him to get our cold pizzas! ( took 30 min of him driving around) Icalled the store requesting a manager and of course Ellie said it was her as a Manager! I asked for her boss and she would nottell me who it was! I needed help because my pizza order was made completely wrong and no drink was delivered either! So Soupset! Never again! Read more
I have had dominos in NY but the pasta dishes from here were way better than ny or ct. the girl in the morning was very friendly... as well the rest of their staff at night. We are here for dinner and lunch great place would recommend their pasta we didn?t getpizza so we can?t say Read more
i mean it's dominos so you know about the food. That aside, after being in Winchester for years and ordering from here A LOT... i've never had any problem with any order. Great management. Also, gotta say, the sandwiches are bomb. try one if you neverhave. I like the Italian. Read more
Tried overcharging 10 dollars for a 2 for 6 medium deal because it was including a specialty pizza, even though it cost less... than what they asked for over the phone. And then was refused the pizzas after asking for the correct price after it was"cancelled". Pricing model is a borderline scam that seems to change on a whim. Read more
