Drinks we made fast the service was excellent and the batista were friendly. Will visit again.
NEED RETRAINING ON POS! If you are vegan BEWARE! When you ask for "half caff" here that means they put half and half in your... drink. Today there were 4 employees and the barista did not confirm my drink order. Front/POS communicated about my drink to theother 3 employees and no one double checked or confirmed my order even though they all seemed confused. My drink did not tasteright and after I saw the cup did not read correctly I went back to get it remade and that is when I saw they used somethingalong with the oatmilk[defaults when you order a brown sugar shaken espresso]. I asked her what she put in my drink and shesaid half and half. I had to explain to all the baristas what half caff/half decaf meant. I ended up crying as soon as I foundout and ran out of the store. I fasted the rest of the day and was depressed because of the part I played in the death of God'screation. I was extremely disappointed in the lack of communication and accountability of the partners here. I will not returnand I am traumatized by my experience. I hope the baristas learn it is better to over communicate and confirm and not to everassume. Read more

Just wasted $6 on a vanilla bean frappuccino that I sent my daughter in to get .When she came back it was properly ordered and... marked on the cup, but they did not add the classic syrup that I paid extra for. It just tastes like milk without the syrup. Ican get milk for less than 6 bucks at walmart. Matter of fact for 6 bucks I can get 2 gallons. Read more

Great place to get coffee. Most of the staff is very friendly, of course you have some that aren't, but also they are all new... and learning together. Mostly sweet atmosphere!! Read more
