I always loved Zaxbys but the portions are pitiful the chicken strips are half the size of what they use to be.

Rude management. Messed up our order and acted like we were entitled for coming to get our remake. Made 30 of the wrong wings... and took even longer to finally get the tenders we ordered. But the little girl at the drive thru was lovely! That?s the onlyhighlight. Read more

Zaxbys in Winchester is awful. The clerks at the drive thru act as if your money is worthless to them and that you're a... inconvenience. Today was the last day I'll ever go to this location, I'll drive to Tullahoma if I want chicken that bad. Thedrive thru clerk today 10/18/22 "J" something was beyond the category of "rude". I'd put her under inconsiderate and "believingto be privileged" acting like you just get in her way or her "s&^%" doesn't stink. Won't welcome you to the window and justtosses your food at you without a "thank you" or "have a nice day". You'll also pull up to the line with a "hold on" that couldlast from 5 to 10 minutes, then you get to the window with no apology. I'm over this location. My money will definitely goelsewhere. Y?all folks get excited about a specialty menu item. When you drive 30 minutes to your nearest Zaxby?s to pick it up, it should... at least resemble the advertised picture. And, I shouldn?t have to cut up all of the meat that comes on the loaded chicken baconranch fries. That?s why I go to fast food. Because it?s ready and I can eat it without having to prepare it myself. I?ve beencoming here for years and continually have problems. I?m finally saying something I should have said long ago. With no one behind me in the drive-thru line, I was asked to pull into a waiting space. I watched as 3 other cars arrived,... ordered, and were served while I still waited. My order was only for one Zalad and one sandwich, not as if a large orcomplicated order. When it finally arrived, there were no straws for the teas, and no dressing for the Zalad. Read more

Drive to Tullahoma. Just sat through 45 mins line for this. The worst Zaxby's I've EVER had. Taste like it was cooked the day... before. UPDATE: Pretty sure I got food poisoning from this. Do yourself a favor and eat literally anywhere else. Read more
