Good burgers, but milkshake machine wasn't working. Staff was doing their best to serve drive thru and counter customers.
I get it being fast food. It is typical BK food. I prefer it. But the last few times I have gone, I?m missing good. I can deal... with the food being done wrong bc it?s not a huge deal. But if I?m paying for something, it should be in the bag. Just checkyour bag. I never do, shouldn?t have to, but oh well. Read more

I went this evening before work to get a sandwich for dinner....I ordered the rodeo burger and with cheese....I wanted 6...for... my co-workers.....when I got to work none of the burgers had cheese..????????.....so if u know me yes I called them up and toldthe manager they forgot the cheese.....long story short...they made it right and even delivered the burgers to me atwork.....that was outstanding on there part....they didn't have to do this but they did.....goes o show there are still peopleout there that show pride and care for their jobs....go Burger King. The workers all looked like they just got released from jail but the food was the worst only good was the fries and nuggets. The... burgers were like sloppy joes and had things like mustard or onions on them that we ask not to be on them. This location is offa ramp while traveling out of town and expect more but terrible! The girl at the counter was nice and that was the only positive part of this experience. She rang is up for shakes because she... didn't know the shake machine was down. The manager wouldn't just give us the refund in cash and said it had to go back on mydebit card but instead of refunding just the shakes she refunded the entire order ($29) and charged us again for the rest of thefood($22) and told me to expect the refund to my debit card in 3-5 business days. As if that wasn't distasteful enough, I tookmy food to the table and the cheese on my whopper w cheese was on top of all the lettuce tomato onions and pickle, so the cheesewas ice cold and solid. I would give this place 0 stars if I could. This place had the worst customer service I?ve ever experienced. We went through the... drive through for lunch on September 25th at 12pm and the woman taking orders for the drive through was extremely rude to myhusband. She was talking to him in a very rushed monotone voice as he placed our order. My husband kindly asked that she treathim like a human and not be so rushed and short with him and she got super rude and said she doesn?t have to serve us and toleave !!!! I will never go to this Burger King ever again. Worst drive through experience ever. Read more
Over the years this location has changed so much. It use to be really great. Theres no dine in currently? Today I found a dark... colored hair in my burger.. (i am blonde) not sure if they wear head nets or if they are improperly worn but management shouldlook into it. This was today before 1pm. My husband also stated that his burger was cold and seemed like it had been sitting outfor too long. Read more
