Food is horrid, tho they have improved on their fries, chicken is dry and spongy

This place will mess up your order and tell you to wait in the front of the Restaurant for 15 minutes while they remake your... food because they messed up your order and they want to blame you for it. There?s a reason why when you go through thedrive-through you tell them exactly what you want. They definitely need to change their slogan that says have it your way. Read more
Would give zero stars if I could. I'm very disappointed. I ordered oreo milkshake and ot was just milk and oreos. No thickness... to it at all. Ordered jalapeño cheese bites and they are so old it's crunchy all the way through couldn't even eat them. And Iordered mozzarella sticks and they give me chicken nuggets that I did not order and they were only half cooked. Called 13 timesand they picked up the phone. Said nothing and hung up. As i do not have time to go back. A bunch of guys on trackers have toeat their old dinner that they did not deserve like that. They have the worst staff tonight on 8/26/22. Read more

I know someone who works Herr. He has a speech issue. He was hired in November of 2021, the first week he worked 5 days...since... then his hours have been consistently cut and he is now down to working 1 day a week. He is scheduled for 2 but for the last 2Sundays he has been called off because "labor is high" but yet there was a girl working who wasn't even scheduled. We contactedthe district manager who said she would look into it. We haven't heard anything from her. Read more
The quality at this location is terrible. Signature Whopper looks nasty. Flat, No tomato, little lettuce and almost no onions.... Most kids don't care much about the fast food job but the manager MUST manage the restaurant. train and quality control. Notgoing back for awhile. Six months from now, there will be a new set of employee that may do a better job. Read more
