So AFTER downloading their app and reviewing CONFIRMATION in the form of an email, I was again denied a ?Birthday ? dessert. On... my way to the movies, I entered the mall and Waited for over 5 minutes with NO ONE in line while 2 ladies stared at the orderscreen. The cashier apologized but did nothing to help. How humiliating it is to ask for a cookie and be denied, pathetic Iam. Petty they are. I used to be a loyal customer for over 15 years not any longer, this sucks. Read more

Very fast, friendly service, great food. In the mall but easy to access as it's near the food court entrance right by the door.... Large clean bathrooms nearby. Indoor and outdoor seating. Plenty of parking. Read more

Apple Blossom Mall location. My older grandson told the cashier what he wanted and I ordered for my youngest. Only got one meal... at pickup because cashier only punched in one meal and when I mentioned it to the her, she gave me a disgusted look as if itwere my mistake. We say thank you and only get a blank stare in return. I'll wait in line for 2 hours at the Rutherford Crossingor Pleasant Valley locations before going back to this one. We never feel like an inconvenience at those locations. Read more
Staff are definitely not real Chic-Fil-A staff that's for sure. They are not friendly at all!! Food was good but my son ordered... a 4 piece strip meal and he got 2 strips and then nuggets. They never said one thing to him why that was. We ordered 3 othermeals and they were correct. Went back to ask for a refill for our drinks and we stood there just waiting for one of the twogirls working to acknowledge us. Finally the male came over and helped us. Definitely not one of the good Chic-Fil-A places. Read more
