Drive-thru Service was great, drinks were terrible. Ice took the place of drink, iced caramel machiato was milk and sugar,... nothing else. Pumpkin Cream Cold brew was syrupy, we were down the road by the time we noticed. Starbucks pumpkin cold brew isbetter in my opinion. I'll just do that or make coffee before leaving the house going forward. Just sucks to spend so muchmoney on a let down. Things are expensive right now, so the drinks should not suck when we choose to spend money on a "treat".spent about 25 dollars on 5 people large drinks. Read more
Everytime I try to order on door dash they cancel my order, prices are subject to change at the window, and barely anything on... the menu is there.... somebody open a good donut shop! Read more
People were very friendly! Napkins were also included for a change. But the order of 2 donuts was so simple & were put in upside... down so when picked up donut toppings were stuck to bag. Order was for someone else & they weren't happy after not getting whatthey payed for! Read more
I am absolutely impressed with the TEAM at this Dunkin location every visit! Whether they are very busy and short staffed(which... is usually the case) or it?s just myself in the drive through, the young TEAM is always very personable with a smile every time,providing EXCEPTIONAL customer service! The experience always brightens my day, along with the perfectly made iced coffee. I amimpressed by the impeccable level of well rounded service, being a General Manager in a customer service environment myself. Iwant to give a shout out to Trey, Evan and Mikayla(apologies if I misspelled your names) as I went inside and expressed mygratitude for their work ethic, as they are High School students as well. I love, Love, LOVE Dunkee Dees. I just gotta remember to use the drive through. It seems to be all that matters these days with... fastfood. It took me and a few folks behind me about 10 minutes to get our food. All I had was a large regulah (cream andsugah) hot. Make sure you specify hot. The DD's one exit up on 37 is better. I asked at 2 difrent shoes on 2 different very hot days. I thought it was the heat but NO. There is sugar in the Summertime... coolers. 2 stores said there is not. Thay need to learn the ingredients. Diabetics love Dunkin as well and there should be anoption. Read more
Donuts and muffins are always fresh and rarely out of items. But their drinks?.. I always order a large hot macchiato and they... are rarely full. But today has to be the worst! Just a little over 1/2 full yet I paid the price for a large. My husbands drinkhad soooo much ice. Couldn?t be much actual liquid. Very disappointing!! Treat your customers better! Read more
