Beautiful art on the walls and Bollywood on in the background on the tv. You could smell the indian food around the corner!... Favorites were the chicken kabobs, chicken Tikka masala, butter chicken and the naan bread. Loved my mango lassi. We took achance over trying another Indian place nearby and we are glad we did. Very nice young lady with a ponytail took our orders shewas lovely! I did not get her name but she had a very welcoming smile and took our order with ease. Would definitely go backjust try not to overeat if youre not able to eat much like me! For two people, a couple or three dishes is enough. 10/10 Edit:This place is very cozy! Taste of India is another Indian restaurant in Winchester but not as small and cozy. If you're lookingto be surrounded by more people sometimes and still good food go to taste of India. Personally I love everest because it'ssmall and the people are so lovely ?? Taste of India gets very busy around holidays! Spent a week in Winchester; was in search for wet hi Vic and different cuisine rather then American. Stumbled over Everest; and... I?m happy I did. So I?m no stranger to Indian Cusine. I?ve traveled the world and are at many eatery?s. Everest brings theauthentic and real flavors of India to the table. One of the best India restaurants in town. Don?t be fooled by the fact that this restaurant is located in a strip mall. The... food here is absolutely delicious and it?s not too expensive when compared to other competitors. Their BBQ plater is great andgives you a variety of roasted meet options in one dish. The cashew lamb curry is also very good. Service is great. The serverwas very helpful and offered free snacks when the food was taking a while to be cooked. Read more

Our food was very tasty and the service was prompt. Our server was very attentive and was around whenever we needed something.... Food was as delicious as it could get, not very spicy and not too mild, just the right balance of salt, spices and perfectlycooked. The restaurant decorations is also worth mentioning.
