We usually order over $50 worth at Jimmy Johns every single time. They have screwed up on several occasions but nothing so... significant we felt a need to post a review?. Today is very different. We ordered our usual and we?re given super skinnybread?two and I repeat, two slivers of bacon, and literally just enough slices of meat to appear to cover the bread. These aresupposed to be the extra large subs. with as much as we spend here we expect an actual sandwich not something that looks likethey ran out of supplies. Read more
Always tasty and served super quick. The Italian night club is my favorite quick service Italian sandwich and they always make... it well. The bread they make daily is always soft and delicious. They also make the best cookies! Recommend them if your in themood for a cold sub. Read more

I had placed an order, after waiting an hour there were a few things wrong in the order. I called and let them know, I heard... from the driver and the person on the phone that they only had 3 drivers(that's fine, I didn't complain about the hour wait). Iam giving 4 stars because she did end up correcting the order and had it here within 10 minutes, we all make mistakes, but theway we correct them matters and I felt like they did a good job. :) Read more
This location has TWICE ruined my sandwich. Once by adding roast beef to my TURKEY Tom without being told to do so and trying to... pass it off as what I ordered. At least I didn?t get up charged that time and they eventually fixed it. This last time theydidn?t ask if I wanted cheese on my sandwich added it anyway and then charged me extra for it and refused to fix it. I lovetheir sandwiches when made how I ordered them but they need to get WAY better at customer service! Here?s a tip from anotherservice worker, if your workers are unsure about what a customer wants, ASK! Be sure before charging them and putting thesandwich together. Maybe read back the order. Skip this place. I was literally the only customer in the shop and the cashier couldn?t bother to speak to me? Come on. Perhaps... y?all could find a different employee to put up front bc I certainly didn?t place an order after that experience.#disappointment Read more
Enjoyed the selection, and quality of subs. Other places had soggy bread, and a smaller selection. I prefer to order from JJ's,... because you know that you will be satisfied with a good, and consistent sub. Read more
