The mexican food I've tried in the area has only been mediocre. I was actually impressed with the food. Not a large menu, but... everything looked so good on it was hard to decide anyways. Winchester has been truly gifted with this new amazing little restaurant! The menu includes a good selection of dishes... traditionally served in Mexico City, which you will come to find out it's very unique and differs a bit from other Mexicanregional cuisines. I should suggest to always order the gorditas, they are their #1 must try! A thicker fried tortilla with apork chicharrón spread, crumbled with fresh cheese and cilantro. Simple yet so flavorful!! The alambre Mexicano it's alsoamazing (fajitas made better with bacon? yes, please!). Lastly, make room for dessert!! The owner makes the desserts fromscratch! The tres leches and the flan are going to make you want the whole thing! Fortunately, you can easily do that(yourwelcome)!
