Been to that location 3 times, and the food is excellent. The BIG negative is about the reception policy: people come in and no... one is there to greet them. I have seen several people just leaving after standing there for a bit. All 3 times we were there,the bartender was the one to finally greet us. Food is awesome, building is beautiful and the staff is quite friendly but dosomething about the greeting part????. Read more

If I could give this place negative stars I would. I am absolutely appalled at what the service has become there. I ordered a... southwest fiesta salad for pick up, I take it back to my office and there is not one piece of lettuce in my salad and there wasabout a can of olives in there. It honestly looked disgusting. I took it back and then was given BY THE MANAGER a deconstructedsalad. Yes he did not even give me a completed salad. I got a box of lettuce with 15 different containers of items. Then he hasthe audacity to ask if I wanted a free dessert. No sir. I would like competent service and a full refund, but that was notoffered to me. In an effort to not make a scene in the middle of the restaurant, I took the bag and left without sayinganymore. I don't know what kind of education you need to know that there should be lettuce in a salad, it is kind of the maincomponent. This is not the first time my order has been wrong and I will NEVER set foot in that place again. AWFUL CUSTOMERSERVICE, EVEN MORE AWFUL MANAGEMENT. Read more
My family and I have always enjoyed Macados but even we can admit that, in the past, there was a very long wait. We went on... Saturday afternoon 8/13 around noon and it was very busy. There were people sitting outside and inside. We were greeted promptlywhen we walked in and our service was exceptional. Our waiter stopped several time to refill our drinks and to check oneverything. We ordered an appetizer and three meals ( cheese sticks, fish tacos, and two hamburgers) and all the food came outquickly and hot. I understand people not wanting to give Macados a chance because of past service but I believe they have turnedthe corner. The food is excellent!!! Read more
So many sandwich options!! The staff does an amazing job even though they are still short on staff they have you food and drinks... to you super fast and never miss a beat! Yes you may have to wait to be seated but they are so friendly and for being worked ashard as they are they deserve customers who are friendly right back! I think everyone in Macados is doing a wonderful job!!Great food Great service Great job! Read more
