Lobby closed due to short staffing which is completely fine, but there was an extra burger in our bag, out of several items and... Berber told us until we asked where they were (it was a mobile order), and when I asked for the sauces that I didn?t get the kidthat was taking orders made an exaggerated annoyed expression before literally stomping his feet to go get them. I stopped by for breakfast before starting a road trip, everything was good and tasty!
They forgot my apple pie and the fries were cold. Went inside to get my apple pie and fresh hot fries. It appears that when the... make fresh fries they throw them in the bin with fries already cooked that are cold; therefore, while some of the fries werehot, a majority of them were cold. There fries are awful when they are cold. This McDonald?s it is clear that the employees donot take pride in their work and fail to provide good quality food. Employee was rude and refused to give us the sauce and dessert we ordered with our meals through the McDonald?s app, glared at... us, shoving the receipt in our faces. After asking for manager to come over, manager also glared at us as if we were asking forthe moon? we told him we clearly paid for the sauces and desert on the app showing him, and he still said that it didn?t show itin his system? after showing him the receipt on our phone again he decided to give us our sauces and desert rudely? 1 star forcustomer service and an extra star for finally giving us the sauces. ????????????? Lobby is never open on time. It says it opens at 0700. Your lucky if it's open at 0800. When the lobby does open, The staff... ignores you if they even acknowledge your standing there. They tell you to use the kiosk to order but they don't work. I dontthink anyone that works there speaks or understands the English language verry well. This is just not a good place to stop. Charged twice, followed my daughter through drive through she was being nice and paid for our meal, she told the lady she wanted... to pay for the order of the car behind her. The lady charged her card for hers and ours then when we got up there she charged usagain and we paid cash. My daughter messaged me to tell me since you paid for ours last time we got yours. Nope we paid for ourstoo. She called and received no help from the manager. Read more
They are among a number of food retailers who are taking advantage of COVID19 by not letting customers sit in their dining rooms... or use their public restrooms. Im on a motorcycle and need to use the restroom. Lucky for me there's a Subway next door thathas an open dining room and better service. They should not be surprised when sales are dwindling. I order my McDoubles from here often at night. The burgers may be colder at night because it's not peak hours for this location.... However, they still taste like your average McDonald's burger, which is good. You can't go inside the location right now due toCOVID policies. Read more
