Smallest McD's I've ever been in. Used the kiosk, which I think is a great feature. Older woman yelled my first name, not in a ... friendly manner, when my order was ready. Ordered chicken McNuggets, which were cold. I was in a hurry so did not find out theywere cold until I had driven away. Finally, limited beverage offerings and no self-service beverage option. Made a mobile order and the food was ready when I arrived it was already on the counter, but nobody greeted me or confirmed it... was my order so anyone could just take it. The food was lukewarm and the soda was bad, just carbonation and no real flavor. Iasked for a new coke, but it was still bad so I went for a Dr. Pepper, which also tasted bad. I heard the manager say to hiscoworker that I was "working his nerves" by "asking for another 2 sodas." The fries were cooked in old grease, and the sundaelid wasn't attached so it popped right off and caused a bit of a spill. I had to ask for napkins and a spoon for my sundae, theydidn't think to put that in the bag. Overall, doesn't seem like the customer experience is on their mind. Read more
I always get a coffee with multiple creamers and sugars with caramel and today whoever made it made it perfectly! I tried to... call to let him know but they are a little busy LOL. Valley avenue and pass the golf course are the ONLY McDonald's in the areathat gets it right!! South pleasant valley actually charges me $0.30 per squirt of caramel and it should be two squirts for 30cents I try to explain it to them multiple times but it has never worked!!???????? Read more
