My dad and I go out to eat about once a week to just enjoy good food and relax. Well over the last couple of years going out to... eat has been anything but relaxing, bad food, terrible service, dirty restaurants and a huge waste of money. Well, for the firsttime in a long time everything was perfect tonight and I mean everything, professional hosts, clean tables and seats. Ourwaiter, Chris, was the best ever and he was tipped accordingly at 25%. The manager, Delores, checked on us and we shared ourexperiences with her. Recovering from dental surgery, living on mashed potatoes for 4 months. I had been craving a blooming onion. My son decided to... surprise me by ordering from door dash to deliver one to me. Door dash completely messed that up. I called to order one for meto pick up and the girls working could not have been more compassionate and caring. It was not there mistake but went above andbeyond making sure my first post surgery meal was the absolute best. I will forever be an outback customer. I always try to find out if Vanessa is working before I come in because she is phenomenal!! If possible I'd give this a three and a half stars. Staff was very friendly and prompt, the restaurant looked very nice and... clean, but let's face it it's a steakhouse and my steak had almost no flavor whatsoever. It was a good cut of meat but clearlythe cook did not know how to prepare a steak. I will say I do love their new chilly addition to the menu. Read more
