This is THE WORST location . Should we start off with how they don?t properly staff and drive thru is the only thing opened and... I will never order from this establishment ever again. I placed an order on the app and selected walk in pickup. If this is not... an option DO HAVE IT ON YOUR APP! When we finally got our food and drinks they were cold!! Never again!!!! Also when I calledthe establishment about picking up the order she said come to side door when I tried to ask her what side door she hung up on meand wouldn?t answer the phone when I tried to call back. I get everyone everyone is tired and overworked.. but its no reason to treat your customers so poorly. If you can't figure out... how to turn off the 'walk in' option, then call corporate help desk! It's 2022, we all know you can turn it off and if youcan't, someone in the world can.. why upset your customers over your laziness. Toast was a crouton, bacon was fresh from bag..still cold and covered in bacon fat.. the drink was just as bad.. apparently everyone has given up.. Also, attitudes are poor!Manager hides and says nothing when their employees are making the business look bad and treating customers like trash. Theemployee copt an attitude and closed the window in my face. Corporate will be hearing about all of this.. such a shame. Don'twaste your money at this establishment until they turn things around. Drive through only..... Drive through line was wrapped around the building... We got out failed at the door and then got back... into our trailer laden truck that does not fit through drive throughs..... And drove the rest of the way home sad and defeated. Read more
Did a walk in order on the app, when I got there the doors were locked. I called the store and got an answering machine. The... drive through line was all the way around the store. I didn?t have time to wait so I had to leave without my food. You shouldn?thave walk in as an option if you?re not going to allow people in the store to get food! Read more
Usually very busy, but I love using the online ordering and drive thru for pickup. They had newer staff today, and they did a... fantastic job! Our order was 100% correct and everything taste fresh and the coffee was very good. Hoping they upped their gameas quality was a bit lacking the past few months. Read more
