Curbside taking too long, unfortunately had to wait close to 30min. 25min to be exact. I actually stopping waiting and went... inside to retrieve food. It's faster to wait in drive through line. This is not isolated to this McDonalds (reason why I amleaving 4 stars so it doesn't effect their rating). This happens everywhere but to random orders. My order was small but othercurbside orders came and left before I had to take action. Need more runners or improve system. Read more
Horrible Horrible experience, they remembered the nugget sauce, forgot the nuggets-but marked off on bag..I complained online,... and asked for a reimbursement. Someone named Rachel called me and left a msg. Offering free meal, called back, and she wasn'tthere. No other calls received..Horrible customer service. Read more
Very clean and friendly. Play place is one of the only ones I can find open. Great place to bring a kid on a rainy day
This was your typical McDonald?s. Pretty fast service, employees seemed to be nice, the stores seemed relatively clean. The only... reason for the 4 stars is the self-serve kiosk that I used had items listed in the menu that weren?t available. Read more
Oh Lord? I guess this is the worst McDonald?s ever, whoever the trainer who prepared this should be fired. I talked to Steve the... manager and commenting that his crew were making a revenge against me coz i just asked for a printed receipt but it took forthem 15 minutes to provide it. The sweet tea I?ve ordered was an iced tea, when the crew handed to me (I used their drive thru)I clearly asked her if that?s iced tea and she confirmed it. I knew it, it?s a ices tea coz the color is so light, maybe it?s asweet tea but they added 75% H2O. Because of printed receipt, I got disgusting orders. Instead we will get mad, we were laughingto the max, non stop ?????????????????. Corporate Office please revamp your management! BTW? they forgot also extra tartar sauceto put in the bag.
