Exceptional service. I ordered 6 regular soft tacos for my sister and we were having trouble paying for them. So I ordered 5... tacos instead and we had enough for them. I go to the window and pay for the 5 tacos but then the woman at the window said theygave us the extra taco. How sweet. It was a touching moment. There is goodness in this world and there is God. No other fastfood place would go out of their way to throw in the extra thing you had ordered but couldn?t afford. Needless to say, this TacoBell is always on point. They are always very friendly and kind. Ever since this place had opened, I?ve had nothing but goodexperiences. These employees are always the kindest out of all the fast food places around Wind Gap or Easton or evenStroudsburg. Kudos to these people! They are doing good work. I usually don?t write reviews but this has to be said about howgreat the staff is! I hope that they do not get in trouble for their kindness and generosity but rather the opposite, that theyall be rewarded. And the Halloween decorations are cool! Read more

UPDATE: After multiple attempts of communications to reach corporate Taco Bell through web & social media, I phoned the shift... leader in Wind Gap (Dustin) who had few reasons for the inadequate portions however did tell me to stop back for a NEW BOX or arefund. Next day, BRANDI, morning shift leader, made it right. Her crew of Kim, Jesse, Tyler & Alan made me a proper combo box!This crew ROCKS at making customers HAPPY. THANKS for working and smiling while on shift. ???? First time at this new locationin Wind Gap, PA to enter store front and encountered the kiosk and after a few trial orders decided to call staff for help. Iasked ERIC to show me how to order without certain ingredients and to swap or omit, etc. We placed the order for combo box andnoticed to add even tomato or onion it was 70 cents? So if you delete the cheese and add another topping, no credit or maybe Imissed that feature! The box was full of goodies but the tacos and burritos were underwhelming with only pebbles of meat andfilled half full! The burrito was mostly refried beans and rolled so many times that it was flour tortilla overload. This was a very clean, looks like a.brand new Taco Bell. It was spacious and I love the out door sitting area. We ordered for 7... and they got everything right. Usually something is forgotten. Read more
Every time I go here they're always seems to be a problem. I love Taco Bell that's what keeps me coming back. When I go through... the drive-thru I can place my order at the speaker, want to get up to the window, they are out of something or now my total ishigher for some reason. When I get my food it's not right. Unfortunately I'm already at my destination when I get to this point.One time when I went in I was waiting at the counter, and the young kid behind the counter goes I don't have to help you that'swhat the kiosk is there for. In my opinion I wouldn't come here again. But since it's the only Taco Bell in the area I have todeal with it. Read more
Nice location just off rt33 on rt 512 in Wind Gap. Great food and yes dollar menu!!
One of the best Taco Bell's I have been too. Seems they make everything fresh to order. Service times are always fast too.
