Terrible! I called at 8:10 to place a to go order, got there at 8:20. Paid for my food sat there until 8:38, the lady asked me... what was my number(after she noticed i was getting irritable) she ask the cook have they made 213 yet, they didn?t make my damnfood until 8:40. I come all the time to pick up deliveries. I asked the young lady why was it so hot in the building she said the air was broken... OK that's the first time. Since I came back the first time the air was fixed . I asked again why was it so hot in the buildingshe said the manager would not lower the temperature . I looked at the thermometer it said 86 degrees inside with the air beingfixed. Know one should have to work in those hot conditions that's why people don't want to work for these companies nowadays.They treat they're employees like they are nobody. Read more
Wings are way over cooked and dried out. The wings are to small for the money they want you to pay for them. Poor customer... services . We got lemon pepper wings a month ago and it was the same thing. You can?t find quality wings in Winder. If you wantsome good wings that are decent price and bigger I would suggest going somewhere else. Save your money and go to Buffalo WildWings instead, you get a better meal with bigger wings and better customer service. The chicken here is on crack ! Read more
Do not patronize the establishment. The owner is very rude and arrogant. He has no value in customer service. My order was... wrong. Wrong flavor of wings and everything. In order to get the correct order he was trying to make me spend $40 again. Andwas so arrogant about it. I will never order from this establishment again. They can?t get food right and are not accountablefor their actions. They shouldn?t get anyone money. The food was horrible. Fries were soggy and had hot sauce all over them. Great in-person and door dash delivery experience. I?ve ordered three times. The first two orders were wet lemon pepper wings... delivered by door dash, and the third-order was dry lemon pepper wings picked up by me in person this evening. The cashier wasfriendly and very attentive. My food was made fresh and was piping hot to the touch, which is precisely what I prefer. Who wantscold, soggy wings? No one! I?ve had good and bad experiences here but today has been the worst of all. We spent $70 and received the wrong order. Instead... of being able to let my son stop by to pick up the correct order, we have to go all the way because they want the wrong foodbrought back (even though they already knew they gave us the wrong food). Not only does this pose a huge inconvenience to afamily waiting for food, in times of COVID I can?t understand why they would want all of that contaminated food back. She evenasked if we had touched the food. Well of course we have. If I had said no, were they going to give the food that had alreadyleft the store to someone else? The manager never came to the phone. The cashier I was speaking with had no idea what to do. Shehad to keep going to talk to the manager. She was lost. The food is always delicious, I think the prices are a little too high.. but I guess the price of everything is going up... unfortunately. I also was super disappointed when I drove there to realize they?re closed on Sunday?s- but I?m glad theemployees always get that day off! Read more
